My main focus is improving performance. My background is in speed, agility, and endurance. I played soccer and briefly ran track at UCLA. I am currently a student studying Applied Exercise Physiology at Columbia University in New York. I have studied at top MLS clubs and worked with DC United's Academy, U-23s, and Loudoun FC. I also offer fitness session for other sports including Basketball, Football, and Track and Field.
